I’m a therapist! You know the deal.
I provide individual therapy sessions to assist you in unlocking the magic. What does that mean? Tapping into yourself, your wisdom, your connections in this life. Using what is inside you already to answer some of your own questions, find a new direction, uncover your rooted purpose(s).
We work together to discover strategies for healthier coping, new perspectives, and ways to increase your sense of empowerment so you can feel better, faster.

My treatment approach is eclectic, based on your needs, preferences, and what resonates for you. I use acceptance and commitment therapy as a central framework, with heavy leanings on mindfulness-based practices and existential curiosity and reflection. I use TF-CBT and narrative therapies to address trauma, and sprinkle in some incredibly wise and useful skills found in dialectical behavior therapy (because you can’t go wrong with DBT!)

YOU! Unless you are a small child, in which case I can refer you to some other cool friends.
I love working with ALL people, managing many life circumstances and backgrounds. My passions may be treating anxiety disorders, addictions, loss and grief, and individuals navigating severe and persistent mental illness, but there really is nothing we can’t tackle together. I have a broad experience and knowledge base treating many mental health conditions.

Always the burning question - what insurance do you accept? Because, dang this life is expensive.
I am currently accepting Aetna, United Healthcare (Optum), BlueCross BlueShield of SC plans, and traditional Medicare. I welcome anyone for self-pay, and I can provide superbills for you to claim out-of-network benefits from your insurance company.
